      Good Environment to work in TIC. Work life balance, company doesn't have late working hours. Sets realistic timetables to keep projects on target. Transparency within organization for building trust of employees and provide the foundation for excellent employee teamwork. Good technical exposure & right amount of domain knowledge flowing in. It's up to the individual to make most out of it. Excellent exposure to try new things. Being a PL/SQL developer, lot of things are here to learn. It was my honor to work with my manager as I have always found him to be immensely knowledgeable and helpful. Always seeks new ideas and approaches during implementation.
