Attractive Commission but low basic salary

The employer, who are a husband-and-wife team, withholds commission upon resignation. They are often unhappy with employees resigning and tend to provide multiple reasons to justify not paying commissions that were rightfully earned.

Employees are ok. Family culture.

No proper planning or direction. Will make stress, no guidance. 9-6 in office only.
