      Ownership and management are very approachable and engaged with employees. It seems like everyone is working to be proactive and I've seen communications over the last year increase. It's like everyone wants to be on the same page... what a concept! I came here because I thought there was an opportunity for something great... I have yet to be disappointed!

      Company seems to carry a bad reputation from prior ownership; however, Shelly has been running things for several years now. From what I can tell, it's way better however, people on the outside still think its the "old Titus".

      Thank you for making the move! We've worked very hard to increase the amount of communications to all teams at TITUS. We believe that if we're all on the same page, we do a better job all around for our clients and produce a better atmosphere for our employees.
