Toward the beginning of Tivix’s acquisition by Kellton, I started noticing subtle changes in the company’s trajectory and culture. While I left early in the acquisition process, it was apparent that some of the unique attributes that made Tivix stand out were starting to shift. Given your job title, You may experience hitting a ceiling when it comes to personal growth. Job title can mean not much here as the seniority standard for engineers is really vague.
