      I really like the attitude with the company that is pretty much "just get the job done." Nobody really looking over your shoulder. As long as the hiring contract holders are happy the company just keeps droping checks in the mail.

      Never really see management as you contract at a location away from where the home office is located. When I first began I would see my Project Manager every week but as time went by. I only spoke with him through email or txt messageing.

      Ability to telework when requested, time-off was almost always granted when requested. Most of the leadership cared about employees as individuals.

      No real room for growth, glass ceiling came very quickly. Under-utilization abounds, having senior level engineers doing tasks that should be done by junior level engineers. Current CEO does not care about individual employees, only about the bottom line for the company.
