Terrible, chaotic, uncaring, unprofessional place to work or to reside - Recensione dipendente - Health Care Assistant presso TLC Care

This is the most unfriendly, unkind, unprofessional, disrespectful place I have ever worked. Please do not put your relatives in this home, it is completely fake. Most of the staff that work there have no time for the residents. It is just a tickbox exercise to get the residents "done". No kindness or time for anyone. Management are nasty and dishonest but just put on a veneer of niceness for any one visiting the home. There trademark is TLC, Truth, Love and Compassion but this could not be further from the truth. They do a very good job of pretending to adhere to their motto but only when someone is watching. Dementia patients, in particular, are treated appalling, but staff know there will be no comeback from this as they are unable to report staff themselves as they do not have capacity to do so.
