The pace of work can be quite dynamic, especially during month-end or reporting cycles, but it helps build strong time management and prioritization skills.
Where to begin.
Hostile work environment beyond belief.
Management harasses employees and throws them under bus as needed.
Management changes on a dime.
Pay increases are inconsistent.
Supervisors will mock you and belittle you on an active call floor for all other associates to hear including customers on the phone.
If not in the best friend group of the current the current Management on staff they do not care about you.
Company let's programs demand and do whatever they want.
Hours can change in an instant sometimes with less than a 24 hour notice.
Unable to make up hours if sick or if something happens.
As of 2024 you get 40 hours for the whole year to use for being sick UNPAID and if that does not cover what you need you get it counted towards your occurrences and at 6 you are fired unless you're best friends with someone high up or your supervisor to convince them to not report the occurrence.
Have seen 4 people alone terminated for occurrences while out on FMLA while doing things like having surgery because they didn't call in every single day to check in.
Been cussed out on the call floor.
Job has been threatened and held over me over things that were not my fault.
Have to leave some things out to prevent retaliation so they can't pinpoint who this review is from because they retaliate illegal or not, have seen it happen time and time again.
