very poor culture towards staff, managaement only see employees as a cost and not as an asset, you are left to fend for yourself, too much work with no training, support, etc, they seem to take on loads of work with no resources to support projects, alot of stress and pressure put on staff for low pay and zero benefits, its a very old school company with outdated attitudes towards staff, you wont get hybrid or working from home options with them as they want keep an eye on staff at all times, they pretend they are "best in Class" but I'm not sure at what - I would advise anyone thinking of joining this company to please reconsider applying somewhere else, there is other better companies out there that will treat you with more respect, better wages, better benefits, etc - Graduates please dont pick this comapny as your 1st job after college, you will be very disappointed and dismayed by the whole experience. Also you will have to allocate alot of your holidays to the mandatory christmas shutdown in which you have to take
