So many to list. Micro managers Unfair treatment Bullies get recognised for awards even after reports made about them. The treat favourite employees very different to other members of staff. Complaints about bullying/ unfair treatment are ignored especially if its against one of the 'favourite employees'. No sick pay even though they advertise that they do. No chance of progression in fact they find anyway possible to hold you back. The list goes on but I am so thanfully to be out of there. If you want to come away with poor mental health and feeling bad about yourself go to work here. If you value yourself stay away
