1. Career was not advancing. Top management was not very supportive and made employee stucked in the same level for years. 2. Received no back up from management when handling hard complaints. 3. Boss was too moody and difficult in making communication with employee. 4. The teamwork was great, it made good environment and comfort zone for other employee. Unfortunately the top management made this as an opportunity to make you stucked in the same position for years.
