Very much multicultural fast paced environment . You learn a lot everyday it is a great way to meet a lot of people . Work peers are friendly , great facilities in canteens. Great location . Excellent exposure to some government laws of different countries. Salary is not too bad too.

The amount of favours I’ve seen because someone is a manager or friends with someone they’d rather go with that. They sweep negative comments about what they’re doing wrong under the carpet . HR do not care about employees only those they’re close too. A lot of indirect bullying childish behaviours of leaders and supervisors . When you make reports nothing is done about it because they all know about it. Very unprofessional standards of management absolutely appalling . A lot of people are unhappy there but refuse to say anything because nothing gets solved. A lot of people leave hence the reason they’re always hiring. You get treated like you’re in a school not as a adult. A lot of hypocritical behaviour too. So whoever applied to the London branch becareful enjoy but be cautious of this behaviour they have it is very off putting after a while.
