Low salary for work load Lots of favouritism Teamleaders are quite young and think very high of themselves and pick on people a lot because of their position No opportunities to grow Very repetitive and work load just becomes more without increase in pay or appreciation

We are growing quickly, which presents its challenges, but we care very deeply for our employees hence why we have recently reviewed our salary, employee engagement and wellbeing activities but also our benefit package.
