The employment is full time, the contract says that while you are not on an external project, you work on internal project. In reality, they fire you right after if they don't find a project when they can earn a lot on you. There is no interview process. They dont care who you are. They let the external project company interview you, they dont even try to know who you are and what's your worth. Be careful, when you sign they make you sign on the fact that you are not allowed to work with any company they work for during 1 year later (even if you had nothing to do with that other company) Of course they pay much much less than average becaue they maximize their income. Run away
