      Do not chose what lines to work at and new people are put on less favorable lines.

      Great people that are really easy to get along with. The work area is very open which makes communication across multiple departments very easy and accessible. Great experience overall.

      Mostly to do with location. The company is situated in Pewaukee, WI and there really isn't much in the area. There are also probably more opportunities to follow your interests within a larger company.
