The work culture is awesome. There is little to no micromanagement. The team is supportive. Flat hierarchy structure where you do not really feel that anyone is bossing you. I was from a mechanical background and was trying hard to get into software engineering. TM Systems had the foresight to give me a chance, and I am grateful. It started my career in software engineering. Believed in me and I had a terrific time working here. I have learned invaluable knowledge and have contributed my best to TM. I wish the company all the best in the future. It is one of those companies, who is bound to grow rapidly.

They could have a more formal system of rewards and recognition and career growth, but this is not a dealbreaker for working here.
