They fire you after 1-2 months without an assignment even if the contract says permanent, they don't even give you equipment to work with you have to bring your own laptop, the bonus system is bad, if you go on vacation you have negative bonus that you have to pay afterwards. The wellness is also fake cause you have to pay for it and then there's a hidden date that if you don't claim it they don't give it back. Finally very little amount of customers in Sweden.
