Very less number of holidays, a normal company gives atleast 27 holidays. Business manager very unprofessional. Also asked to pay a hefty sum to apply for 30% ruling when it is very simple form to be filled by a company. They will make you resign if they can't get any projects for you even with a permanent contract.
