We are always looking into improving and encouraging work-life balance for our employees and acknowledge exceptional talents. Internally, we are looking to better train and develop our people managers to build better teams and support.
All anyone ever does is lie. No one wanted to help each other or be willing to teach about anything. There were absolutely ZERO performance reviews or any feedback from anyone there. You’re not trained for your job so because you can’t get any feedback when you ask you sometimes doubt yourself. HR is a complete joke they don’t even log on most of the time and they don’t know how real discussions work.
