Central location. Global company. Some friendly people. Scope for progression if you are in the right location with the right people.

Strong blaming culture. Very few women at Executive level. Very high staff turnover across their locations. Highly demotivating and alarming for those who stay. No benefits, no salary raise, no bonuses. No training. With the excuse that they want people with an "entepreneurial" spirit, they throw you in the deep end with unrealistic demands, expecting the impossible without training you first. A company that does not care for their employees. Polluted by vicious backstabbing, office politics and favouritism. Unprofessional management: swearing, bullying, rudeness, clueless about managing people and projects.

All anyone ever does is lie. No one wanted to help each other or be willing to teach about anything. There were absolutely ZERO performance reviews or any feedback from anyone there. You’re not trained for your job so because you can’t get any feedback when you ask you sometimes doubt yourself. HR is a complete joke they don’t even log on most of the time and they don’t know how real discussions work.
