Very bad management at all levels.
Only the timesheets are considered during employees evaluations. People overcharge clients and this is encouraged by team leaders and DCS.
Managers use the force of their positions to push people as hard as they can, instead of trusting their people, which creates a very stressful atmosphere.
Some managers spend only 4 - 5 hours in the office and charge double in their timesheets (tolerated by upper management).
All talented people already left or are currently leaving the company - senior employees are massively leaving and all teams are understaffed.
