      Extreme pressure on employees from team leaders and DCS - the new managment made the situation even worst. There is an epidemy of burnout and sick leaves due to the general bad and not healthy atmosphere. As aleady mentionned in other comments, all talented people are leaving the company.

      All anyone ever does is lie. No one wanted to help each other or be willing to teach about anything. There were absolutely ZERO performance reviews or any feedback from anyone there. You’re not trained for your job so because you can’t get any feedback when you ask you sometimes doubt yourself. HR is a complete joke they don’t even log on most of the time and they don’t know how real discussions work.
