      Non existing processes - the few in place work against you in all possible way, never support your tasks or make it more efficient. Very few have expertise or training in local regulations and best practice. No system in place that support the business needs, many manual trackers to try to have some control.

      All anyone ever does is lie. No one wanted to help each other or be willing to teach about anything. There were absolutely ZERO performance reviews or any feedback from anyone there. You’re not trained for your job so because you can’t get any feedback when you ask you sometimes doubt yourself. HR is a complete joke they don’t even log on most of the time and they don’t know how real discussions work.
