Thank you for your positive acknowledgement on the employee engagement initiatives we have taken. While we recognize that work can be hectic at times, such engagement activities provide great opportunity to take a break and have fun with your team mates. Activities such as “Yoga & Meditation”, “MasterChef in Me”, Hobby Club, etc were specifically introduced to help create a work-life balance. With the pandemic forcing us to operate from home, our HR and management team at TMF will continue to look for creative ways to keep the teams connected and the environment fun-filled. None, can’t believe I worked here

All anyone ever does is lie. No one wanted to help each other or be willing to teach about anything. There were absolutely ZERO performance reviews or any feedback from anyone there. You’re not trained for your job so because you can’t get any feedback when you ask you sometimes doubt yourself. HR is a complete joke they don’t even log on most of the time and they don’t know how real discussions work.
