Blame and ridicule culture to the point of bullying. Lack of empathy. Whenever staff asked the managers for guidance, they turn to challenge the staff as if the staff is a student. Managers form groups, if they like each other, they will help the staff from the other team. If they don’t like each other, nothing you can do but just wait until your manager is back. No personal approach. Evaluation is only one way communication.

None, can’t believe I worked here

All anyone ever does is lie. No one wanted to help each other or be willing to teach about anything. There were absolutely ZERO performance reviews or any feedback from anyone there. You’re not trained for your job so because you can’t get any feedback when you ask you sometimes doubt yourself. HR is a complete joke they don’t even log on most of the time and they don’t know how real discussions work.
