Owners are very nice people

The management would verbally demean the employees by telling them they aren’t important. They would snarl and snap at them when asked to sign documents requiring the manager’s signature. Ultimately that manager was a main reason why four employees left in a two month window of time. They refused to hire anyone to help fulfill different positions left vacant. It ultimately came across as an issue of pride seeing as the manager wanted to “Clone Himself.” I don’t know how that would work out seeing as how nobody else could stand them; what makes them think that the clone would do any better? The main thing is that the employees don’t matter. You’ll be overloaded and overwhelmed with responsibility, but never compensated accordingly. You could ask for help, but it will be to a deaf ear.
