Management is EXTREMELY OUTDATED AND BIAS. They go by the seniority system for all decisions. And you might think that's a good thing? It could be, if it was used for work. Instead it's used for things like an employee of 40 years sexually harasses you and he gets to keep his job, and another of 20 years tries to physically fight others he disagrees with and gets to keep his job. And you pay the price for it everyday after that for speaking out and you're found to be at fault. Their senior workers are out of control. Racist, sexist, misogynistic, entitled brats. Supervisors throw things at you and gossip. Avoid this place at all costs.
