Customer Service - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso TMK

Posted as a Customer Service Representative. Drove 40 minutes to an interview only to find out it is a SALES position, NOT CSR as presented. The woman who started the interview never introduced herself to me, just started in one how this is a face-to-face company. I told her I applied for a CSR job not an insurance sales position and left to drive yet another 40 minutes home.
