I had the best mentor ever who taught me a lot and would critique me in actionable feedback. The managers are approachable and they would give you both critiques and encouragement. Your voice could be heard since they regularly held the retrospective meeting in a scrum. You can see that this company is moving in a better direction. Wonderful culture with amazing people who would celebrate holidays, and even when a colleague's baby is born.
