Can't think of any as the dynamics have changed so much the company which was once great and valued staff is of poor quality now.

Senior management should really think about a team rather than taking a helicopter view and decide it does not work. There was once a strong team of 10 and management overnight turned that to almost nothing with broken promises over compensating certain account managers with rather large salaries which made the rest of the team under valued and to top it all get a replacement manger who is not from the industry to try and make a big difference.
