I would only reccomend working here if you have no other job prospects but are desperate for money. This is maybe an ok stepping stone for someone who has a desire to be a recruiter.

I could tell just from the interview that this was a sketchy place to work. Within the first week I knew that this job wasnt going to work for me. They expect a high level of professionalism, responsibility, and time commitment. But the compensation is nowhere near where it should be for what they're asking. I very much got the sense that the majority of their employees were there either for visa status requirements or were fresh out of college and had no idea how they should expect to be compensated for their services. Expect unrealistic quotas from the management: without going into too much detail they regularly expected unrealistic results and therefore expected you to work late(without compensation) on a regular basis. I could go on with many more details of an unsatisfying work environemnt, but I hope I have given you enough to make an informed decision about employment with top group
