Many thanks for the feedback and for highlighting some of the cultural aspects that are enjoyed by many TOPdeskers. We pride ourselves on having created a safe workspace where recent graduates can learn and make mistakes in order to grow; they develop themselves in order to benefit both their own professional profile and the business. It is true to say that we recruit new colleagues from a diverse range of backgrounds and this blend of personal qualities we see as a strength. Rest assured that all TOPdesk colleagues whether managers or designers (and everything in between) will be supported in developing and honing their craft.
