Vantaggi

Volumen = músculo operativo real Vas a manejar equipos grandes, KPIs agresivos y presión constante. Si te gusta el caos organizado, es una escuela brutal. Sales ahí no es “venta consultiva tranquila”; es volumen, forecast diario, pipeline con respiración artificial. 2. Exposición internacional Muchas cuentas son de EE. UU. o Europa. Si te mueves bien, puedes estar en calls con stakeholders internacionales. Eso suma CV. 3. Data-driven de verdad Reporting pesado. Dashboards, SLAs, conversión, revenue per head, shrinkage, occupancy. Si te gusta operar como cirujano con Excel y Power BI, hay material. 4. Marca reconocida No es sexy, pero pesa. Decir que lideraste ventas en Teleperformance abre puertas en otros BPO o fintechs.

Svantaggi

1. Presión constante (y no metafórica) Forecast que cambia, cliente que aprieta, margen bajo. En ventas tercerizadas, tú no vendes tu producto: vendes el producto de otro con reglas ajenas. Eso limita maniobra. 2. Rotación alta En operaciones de venta masiva, la gente se quema. Eso implica reclutar, entrenar, volver a empezar. Gestión de talento es casi tu segundo trabajo. 3. Cultura muy corporativa Mucho proceso, mucha aprobación, poca autonomía estratégica real. Si eres de mentalidad emprendedora, te puedes frustrar. 4. Compensación variable incierta El bono depende no solo de tu gestión, sino de la calidad del lead, el mercado, la estacionalidad… variables que no controlas del todo.

The hiring process was quick and efficient. During onboarding for my initial position, the equipment arrived on time and setup was straightforward. As a seasonal Medicare Sales Agent working through a third-party vendor, I appreciated the opportunity to gain industry experience. While my role was limited due to the seasonal nature of the position, it strengthened my customer service, sales, and communication skills. It increased my interest in pursuing a long-term career in healthcare and insurance.

Transitioning to a new role within the company was extremely frustrating. After my seasonal assignment ended, I spent approximately five months attempting to move into another campaign. I accepted a position in December and attended multiple technical checks, but the equipment issues were never resolved. Rather than providing updated equipment, repeated attempts were made to use older equipment that was not functioning properly. Because I was still tied to the pending position, I was unable to apply for other opportunities within the company until the role was officially closed and the equipment returned. After several technical checks went unresolved, I ultimately decided to stop pursuing additional roles with the company.
