- While the company is highly organized overall, I experienced a situation that felt unprofessional and uncomfortable regarding employee confidentiality. During a training session, employees were asked to complete what was presented as an anonymous feedback form about the trainer. I accidentally selected the wrong rating on the form, and later the trainer approached me directly asking why I had submitted that feedback because it negatively affected his application for a trainer position. This situation made me question the confidentiality of the process and discouraged honest feedback.

All the OT you want, whenever you want. I easily do 6-10/hrs a week (can do up to 20), which adds another 20k to my income. With an option to be paid EVERY day. Tons of opportunities if you’re on the right LOB.

It redefines “high call volume”. Expect back to back calls all day. They do schedule plenty of OFF phone time for regular meetings, coaching and training. If you enroll in one of their upskill programs, they give you 45min 2x a week to work toward the certification that you choose.
