Honestly the only downside I feel anyone would or does have tends to be that you will be needing to quickly learn or develop your knowledge of using new tools and integrating ai to keep up with today's ever changing technology. This aspect is a plus for me but I feel others may benefit from knowing this is a challenge for some. But if this is not an issue for you I would recommend this company 100%. From the application process to hiring process to being an active employee for 2+ years now this has been the greatest employer I have ever had!

My group of supervisors and our manager work really well together. The upside of this company is the ability to work from home and the support you are given is better than most places I have worked.

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
