Easy job once you get the tools you need. Good job if you're young. The whole don't do as I do just say as I do fits here to the tee. Campaign managers can do what they want but tell the floor agents not to do what they do. Nothing allowed on your desk except your drink in an approved container. No car keys, food, etc.

Svantaggi

Treated like a child. Pay is mediocre. The floor supervisors for the campaign that I was on are not willing to help other areas of the sales floor. Training was not up to par and the floor supervisors not teaching brand new employees how to do some of the simple tasks that are essential to their job.

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
