This company provides good benefits for employees even if the base salary it's not high. Has real possibility of career progression.

Svantaggi

There's no salary policy implemented, which results on unfair salaries for some roles different than customer service. Too bureaucratic and with many levels of approval.

We always try to provide a good environment for our employees while providing different benefits, incentives and great opportunities for career growth. We clearly communicate the conditions, as well the salary from the beginning of the hiring process. For that reason our candidates are aware about the details of the contract before signing it. For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
