There was a gym in Greenfield. The Telstra account was dayshift. Those are the only positives that I saw in this company.

A lot. Too much red tape, it was such a hassle to get support, Human Resources was worthless when it came to explaining their strict policies that even they didn't know why they're enforcing said policies. Fraudulent activity in TP Mexico forced management to clamp down on Operations, with so many rules and policies that it's hard to focus on your work because of the negative culture that permeates the floor. Rather than help, people just wash their hands clean and try to keep themselves away from tough decisions, often relegating to finger pointing and crab mentality when something goes wrong. It was just such a toxic and destructive environment where it felt like things didn't matter but everything was dissected in every detail.

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
