they lie out their butts, they tell you they will work with you through school schedule but dont. i lost two internships due to these people was going to loose a third but quit right before i did. they had me working 50+ hours a week 6 days a week when i was going to school full time. KILLING MYSELF for a company who doesnt care about you. talked to HR about it and they said i could cut my hours and they did so to 45 but i was still working wayyy to much. dont do it unless you want to be screwed over and worked like a slave.

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
