It very much depends on the project and it's hard to evaluate TP in itself, as the company is huge, so I would always look at the team and project itself. Working for the Google project is nice. Nice office, even though you don't go there due to corona. Nice people, very young vibe, some team events which is really nice. Amount of work varies depending on the market, but it is manageable and the pay is good for this type of the job.

The work itself is pretty repetitive. It's a customer service job at the end and you have to be prepared to deal with that. But I think in the Google Project customer service is a good opportunity. Don't expect to learn much throughout the time, once the training is over you are doing the same things again and again. You have a chance to learn more about Google Ads, so if you are into marketing, go for it. Considering the size of TP it's pretty chaotic, and even though there are established processes, you can struggle a lot to get what you want, be it from HR or your teamleads. Communication needs to be improved as within the team as well as outside with the external stakeholders.
