When it comes down to it, you are only valued as much as your performance stats. Those with high performance are given special treatment, while the underlings are not acknowledged. Luckily my stats were great, but it is hard to see management mistreat, ignore, and disrespect those who are trying their best to improve. Work life is terrible. I have never worked somewhere that offers so much overtime, yet cannot get employees to come in. Money is no longer an incentive for the employees to put up with any more than their scheduled shift.

Pay, available, training, and managers. This is my second contract with TP and I can say I enjoy working for them. I work 100% and o definitely see myself working long term with TP.

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
