-Worked with a great team in Workforce for 5 years -Very challenging, offers opportunities to learn and grow -Worked with an amazing operations team -Stable company -Attendance policy is not as uptight as other BPO companies' (as observed due to my job scope) -Opportunities to travel, train and re-locate -Good office space/amenities with recreation & gym

-HMO package coverage is so much less competitive. (Do not just be content on knowing that you have an HMO. You have to know the coverage so that your wallet won't get shocked on emergency situations.) -Pay is not as competitive (WFM/suppprt) -labelled as "Tele-tipid" in so many situations I can no longer elaborate here -Some HR processes are slow and questionable

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
