1. Intensive training program (takes around 1 month) 2. Long working hours 3. For this specific role, you are always meant to report to the office, with no option for hybrid nor remote 4. A very low pay 5. Checking your pay-slip is a necessity as you will always find an issue/discrepancy in the salary. 6. No professionalism at work/the office. 7. A lot of idle time - you get 2 good hours of work from an 8 hour shift, if you're lucky, not ideal for those who are workaholic and like being busy

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
