Vantaggi

- They fit your schedule and proffered hours (only if it's school or other work). - Easy to get overtime - Good benefits - Pay every 2 weeks, and not once was it late.

Svantaggi

- While some days where calm, at least one or two days a week calls came nonstop for the whole 8hr shift. -If you don't have anything conflicting prior hours, they can assign you very lopsided hours. I once had a shift end at 1 am with my next one starting at 7pm. - Constant monitoring. If anything goes wrong, be ready to take photo/video evidence, otherwise the time you are not on call will be deduced from your pay.

Pay, available, training, and managers. This is my second contract with TP and I can say I enjoy working for them. I work 100% and o definitely see myself working long term with TP.

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Svantaggi

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
