- Lots of opportunities - Possible to work remotely - The teams are made out from nice people

Svantaggi

- Impossible to get any information from anyone because no one knows anything - Lack of communication and organisation (I waited 5 months for my working account to be set up fully, even tho I was assured It should be done in the first few weeks). - During my last project, the company terminated agents with excellent key performance indicators (KPIs) while retaining those with poor KPIs for unknown reasons. - The payment and contract they give are worse than the rival companies. - There appears to be a general sense of negativity among management, including being salty, passive-aggressive, and unhelpful.

Pay, available, training, and managers. This is my second contract with TP and I can say I enjoy working for them. I work 100% and o definitely see myself working long term with TP.

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Svantaggi

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
