It's an international environment and the company organizes a lot of activities for the employees. Many projects offer a remote workplace. They also provide a room to rent (way cheaper than average prices) if you move to Portugal from abroad and pay you a round ticket back to your country once a year.

Svantaggi

Organization is not the best, there is no communication between departments. They treat employees as numbers and not people, they don't respect you and ignore your requests most of the time, especially when it's about important decision making. Their ticket system is not efficient, when you try to contact someone in HR or other departments it's impossible to talk with them and they don't get back to you promptly. I felt very frustrated. They try to take advantage of any situation and sometimes use bulling in order to make you quit.

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
