Unorganized and feels like a prison. Leaders belittle those that allow them to do so. Paperless environment works well for customer service department but isn't a good fit for the enrollment department. There is too much information to obtain and errors could result in fines or loss of insurance license. Inputting the information directly into the account isn't always an option since it depends on which system you are in when the consumer provides the information. Needless to say, this causes delays due to having the consumer repeat himself to ensure that you have captured the information accurately once you are finally able to get to a screen that allows you to do so. Oh and there is no way to have notepad and the system that we use, up at the same time. When you click on one, the other disappears. Also, the copy, cut and paste functions have been disabled...senseless!

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
