Svantaggi
Interviewed and was offered a job. Had to wait a month to start. Was told it was bring your own device but then received equipment in the mail. I figured maybe the person who offered me the job got information mixed up. Tried setting up the equipment and realized I was missing items based off of the set up videos they had sent me. Spend a week and a half on the phone with the IT team every day trying to resolve issues. But once one was resolved, there was another. I was never able to complete my tech check prior to my first day. First day comes around and the trainer realizes everyone got equipment when they shouldn’t have. Then proceeds to take over an hour to get the correct information for us. Me and a few others were still having issues trying to finish getting set up. Trainer told us to call IT. Spent 1hr40m on the phone with IT who basically told me they couldn’t help. I let the trainer know and he told me to call again. So I did. Another hour goes by, IT says they can’t fix my issue. I let the trainer know. He told me to call again. I explained I have spoken all day on the phone with IT every day for almost 2 weeks now trying to fix this and we aren’t getting anywhere. Then he told me I either need to cooperate with the IT team or resign the position. I told him how unorganized and unprofessional everything was so I would rather not move forward with a company that has this many issues. I waited over a month to start this job and turned down other offers. Also, no compensation for the 20+ hours I spent on the phone with IT over those 2 weeks… or my hours of training I did. I went above and beyond and was left with nothing. I don’t recommend working here!
