Great people to work with. The company is good to work for but you will burn out quickly.

Constantly being bombarded by rude and angry callers. Being berated and yelled at by bitter angry people who blame you for every problem they have when you have absolutely nothing to do with their problems. When you do everything in your power to bring about a positive resolution they still scream at you. I love the people I work with but absolutely dread going to work.

Pay, available, training, and managers. This is my second contract with TP and I can say I enjoy working for them. I work 100% and o definitely see myself working long term with TP.

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
