Great conditions (at the time of my employment) Good Benefits (extra language pay, mental health professionals available for you at your needs, if WFH you get your ISP covered in your paycheck, if you WFO you get transport costs covered in your paycheck) Relatively easy to progress and get promotions inside the projects and inside the company (as it is a big multinational) In my experience, overall friendly working environment

By far the greatest downsize of the company is its communication between departments and between the higher positions and the lower ranks, as the higher ranks tend to not have the proper information needed to take the decisions they do in fact make, which in consequence tends to affect the lower ranks more.

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
