Everything. They're offering peanuts for such a demanding job, with no benefits whatsoever, just the low payment and a "bonus" that they pay with 2 months of difference after you're hired; an ill-conceived strategy to keep you in the company for a bit longer just to get that bonus. Also, they treat the job like some kind of FBI confidentiality thing where you have to comply with absurd restrictions, one being that you must be alone at home in the room that you're working at, but they don't pay enough for employees to afford that or to even care. Upper management is abusive towards lower ranks, and HR is nonexistent; I witnessed firsthand how an employee was fired because they presented a complaint about a manager speaking to them disrespectfully. The company has a "psychological help specialist" whose solutions for burnout or work stress are literally to tell you: "Just don't stress," "Don't let this affect you," and "If you think you deserve better payment, maybe you have to check yourself up to see why you think you deserve to earn more money." Seriously, there are far better interpretation companies you can work for; TP at Latam is not one of them. If they call you, run; run fast and far.

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
